"The location is excelent, within walking distance everywhere - beach, restaurants, shopping, theatre. Elena was very good providing information and making arrangements for car rental, restaurants and trip to Saba. The hotel is on the pricey side. We stayed in previous in lower cost lodging options who are similar in quality and services, although location can’t be beat. "

"I did not like when we cheked IN WAS TOLD FLAMINGO HOTEL DID NOT RECEIVED CONF FROM EXPEDIA WHICH WAS NOT TRUE BECAUSE I SHOWED THE E MAIL CONFIRMATION THEY GAVE US A ROOM FOR 3 DAYS IT WAS A BAD START OF VACATION AFTER WE MOVED TO THE ROOM WE PAID WITH SPECIAL ACCOMODATION WE PAID FOR, "

"The front desk staff, I’m sorry I have forgotten her name, was amazing. She helped us numerous times sorting out places to go and things to see. The room was lovely with a balcony and a view of the beach and ocean. There was no real restaurant on site, just a beach bar that was open some of the time.
