"Location compared to city center is excellent but this is a unit in a social housing bock that has been adapted so you should not expect quiet neighbours. The parking is reasonably secure because it is secluded but it is very easy to get into the building and steal it or its contents. But the worse of wall was the state of cleaning. Truly awful: kitchen bin with rubbish, toilet seat soiled, bathroom towel with stain, oven filthy, dust all over. They definitely need to hire a new cleaner."

"The host very kindly allowed us to arrive after the final show at Futuroscope (so around 11:15pm). Was easy to contact him and got prompt replies. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable. I would note that you do need to take your own bedding and towels. The studio is also at the top of two steep stairways, so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. For us a family of 5 it suited our needs perfectly and we would stay again. Thank you Sylvain."

Il faisait très très chaud et avons vraiment apprécié le ventilateur que nous avons mis dans la chambre pour mieux dormir. Nous avions pas lu que les draps étaient en option. Point à améliorer moustiquaire aux fenêtres pour dormir fenêtre ouvertes sans se faire dévorer par les moustiques et sans souffrir de la chaleur. "
