My husband and I only had two nights in Toulouse, so staying at the Place du Capitole Hotel was ideal. Unfortunately there was no bar or food for hotel guests available due to a private function the hotel was providing elsewhere. This was disappointing considering hotel cost and also the approach the restaurant staff explaining to hotel guests.
