Initially was given an accessibility room which I didn’t expect, that room was quite small.
The reception staff were really accommodating and quickly gave us an alternative room for the next stay of our visit which was the balcony view room which was super clean, temperature was better and offered a beautiful view of Paris.

We so wish we could’ve stayed more than a day here. The suite was very quaint and comfortable with a nice balcony. Breakfast was decent and hotel staff were very pleasant. Hope to be back soon!

CAMPANILE IN TROYES
We had a nice stay after a long journey. Friendly receptionist on arrival. Free parking. The room was quite spacious and clean with a view of the lawns. We ate in the hotel restaurant and would definitely recommend the burger! Good location for Auchan supermarket to stock up on supplies.
