Très bon qualité prix

L'emplacement est idéal, on peut tout faire à pied, proche des bus, des commerces, de la plage, idéal le soir pour sortir sans la voiture. Donc moins de risque d'accident. Appartement spacieux manque peut-être un ventilateur dans la pièce principale car pas de clim, ainsi qu'un nécessaire de lavage pour les sols. Également une petite poêle pour 2 personnes

La cuisine (je suis cuisinier de profession) avoir plein d’ustensiles et d’équipements pour concocter de bon petit plat complet c’est un véritable plaisir pour moi Je dirais les révision de certain meubles qui étais en mauvaise état (canapé-lit, table basse bancale, interrupteur du brasseurs d’aire, les rideaux )

Peu confortable car problèmes pour ouvrir et fermer les volets ( donc en permanence dans la pénombre) + différents problèmes ( fuîtes d’eau, tringle à rideaux qui tombe , etc… ) Vaisselle à minima.
