"We arrived and there wasn’t anyone to greet us. Parking was only enough to fit 6 cars.
We checked in and went to see the room. There was mould in the cupboard - door was broken. Mould on the ceiling in the shower. Shower pole broken. The blinds were broken and only
One window opened. Paint chipped everywhere and looked completely different to the photos we had seen.
There also was no spa or sauna which was advertised.
We went out and arrived back later and we’re told the car park was closed. We...

"Please note the town shuts down at 8 PM. They close the hotel and do NOT wait for you to check in. Fortunately a much nicer hotel was down by the actual beach and accommodated us. It worked out bc it was a far superior hotel and not much more money compared to the new Windsor. Stay somewhere else but def visit Etretat. "
