The only blemish to the stay was to find a charge of €10 to use their car park had been added to our bill. According to Hotel.com listing, free parking was one of the main attractions. "The stay was fine and pretty efficient and the staff was friendly. However, the check-up ( 0nly slightly after their reception closing time was difficult). Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! ...

"On arrival the appearance is less than welcoming - untidy looking at best. Initial reception went well. Room was standard however the window blind had fallen off. Only one additional pillow was available - for two people staying in a double room? On reporting the room blind broken, despite being told "I'll come with you to look" I was kept waiting for 15 minutes, in Reception whilst other 'new arrivals' were dealt with. We were then just given a different room - obviously there were insufficient...

"The room was a run down combined bathroom/bedroom and the toilet was hidden in a closet like space behind a thin door without lock. The room itself had sticky dirty floors and the walls were full of dirt/boogers or other unpleasant things. We could hear other hotel guests fighting the whole night and the road outside were noisy too. The view on the photos could be seen from the corridor, not from the room. Beds clean but hard. "
