"Very nice little castle vibe which the kids loved. The room was big enough for our family and the breakfast was great. Staff was also super nice and helpful."

"Wonderful staff, nice room (a bit noisy from neighbours though), excellent breakfast. The proximity to the Charante river was amazing, but the area was also a bit rough. I also very kind support from the lady in the reception when I had an accident. So all-in-all a great place to stay!"

Les chambres à 3 sont bien agencées, l'hôtel est tout neuf et agréablement decoré( les extérieurs sont en cours de finition.) Le petit déjeuner est correct Parfait pour notre pause à Angoulême."

"Location good, but overpriced for quality of accommodation and breakfast."

The hotel is in a characterful building and is thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. It was a shared bathroom, which we actually had to ourselves, again nicely decorated and clean. A pleasant nights sleep, and handily placed for all the amenities, cafe, restaurants. We had the breakfast in the salon on the ground floor which was...
