Bel appartement climatisé de 100 m2, avec 2 chambres et leurs grandes salles de bain, au 3ieme etage d'une résidence de standing, avec ascenseur et terrasses, en plein centre ville de Saint-Raphaël, à 2 minutes de la plage du Veillat et de la gare. Parking fermé pour une voiture et possibilite de louer. Possibilité de tout faire à pied depuis l’appartement . Idéal pour profiter de Saint-Raphaël, de ses criques et de sa région. Départ des bateaux pour Saint Tropez, l’île sainte Marguerite et Porquerolles à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Situe a 1 h de route de laeroport de Nice!

Superb apartment and location

Perfect location and awesome apartment. Far better than we could have hoped for. Garage option for an extra 60 was really helpfully as thus was midway through a 1 month roadtrip.The 2nd set of keys really helpful as we had 3 independent teenagers with us. St Raphael old town was sn unexpected treat. Loads of restaurant choices nearby, and a short walk east into the marina were our favourite, and a bit cheaper

Vue sur les immeubles, la route et la voie ferrée.

Après 7 heures de trajet, nous avons rejoins la propriétaire en dehors de la ville car elle ne pouvait pas nous accompagner à l'appartement. Nous n'avons pas trouvé le garage pour la voiture (que nous avons payé cash) car elle ne savait pas le numéro mais elle a dit que de toute façon il est ouvert. Donc nous avons trouvé un garage ouvert et l'avons utilisé. Je lui ai téléphoné plusieurs fois et envoyé des messages mais elle n'a pas répondu. Ensuite comme nous n'avons pas trouvé la porte de l'appartement (aucune porte correspondait aux explications s'ouvrant avec la clé). Je lui téléphone et envoie des messages à nouveau mais toujours aucune réponse. Pas d'autres choix que de chercher un hôtel. Et en sortant, nous avons remarqué qu'il y a une entrée A et une B, donc nous avons essayé l'autre et finalement trouvé l'appartement. Bon à savoir: l'air conditionné est uniquement au salon/salle à manger et le train passe pratiquement dans les chambres à coucher (on ne peut pas se parler quand il passe). Par la suite, le garage que nous utilisions s'est fermé à clé. J'ai rappelé la propriétaire qui m'a répondu tardivement et qui m'a donné un numéro de garage qui était fermé (donc pas le sien?). Nous avons trouvé un autre garage ouvert et utilisé pour terminer notre semaine (peut-être le sien?). Bref, une expérience catastrophique à cause des incompétences de la propriétaire qui est incapable de nous donner des informations claires et du train.

Apartament jest bardzo wygodny, duży, czysty, zgodny z opisem oferty. Lokalizacja z jednej strony wspaniała - blisko na plażę, do portu, ale okna sypialni są od strony linii kolejowej i stacji w odległości kilkunastu metrów. Miejsce parkingowe jest w garażu podziemnym, wjazd i stanowisko nie przystosowane dla samochodu typu suv, dodatkowo płatne w gotówce. Komunikacja z managerem b. dobra. Ogólnie, jak komuś nie przeszkadzają pociągi i ma mały samochód to polecam.

Beau séjour

Superbe appartement Impeccable,spacieux bien équipé très fonctionnel déco sympa proche de tout ( commerces,du centre,de la plage avec garage en option mais indispensable j’émettrai un petit bémol la proximité de la voie ferrée un peu bruyant mais ça ne nous a pas trop gêné nous y reviendrons certainement séjour très agréable merci.

Très agréable séjour

Magnifique appartement, à deux pas de la plage et du centre-ville. Propreté parfaite et communication parfaite également avec Marie Anne . Le bruit , important du à la proximité de la gare ne nous a finalement pas gêné mais je comprend que des personnes à la recherche du calme complet puisse être gênées notamment dans les chambres !

Annonce non conforme. Pas de lave-linge ni séche linge.pas de place de parking. Vue sur l'océan c'est transformé en vue sur appartement. Par contre la voie férée a 10m de l'appartement super pour dormir !!!.réveillé à 6h .et un oreiller fourni pour un lit enfant absolument dégueulasse tout jaunie..Mais joli appartement.

superbe appartement centre St Raphaël

Appartement luxueux , confortable , bien équipé , lumineux avec garage ( en supplément mais indispensable ) . Dans le triangle d' or très proche du centre ville et des plages et promenades le long de la mer .Pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture , vu que tous les commerces sont proches y compris marché quotidien Victor Hugo et république . Literie d' excellente qualité , 2 sdb et deux wc donc parfaitement adapté pour 2 couples .La proximité de la voie ferrée n' est pas gênante , même en été car l' appartement est entièrement climatisé .Wifi par fibre optique excellent , Tv HD très grand écran , rien ne manque . Propiriétaire réactive et discréte .

Très bien!

Très bel appartement, spacieux, propre, dans une jolie résidence. Difficile de faire mieux pour l'emplacement : la plage, les commerces, tout est proche! Hôte très sympathique, communication facile et fluide. Le seul point négatif serait la proximité de la voie ferrée. Ce ne fut pas gênant, car nous nous levions et couchions tôt, mais les adeptes de la sieste ne seraient pas du même avis.
