Single storey house with 3 bedrooms (modular beds 1 double bed / 2 single beds) including a master suite, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs. Large living room with large picture window with garden and sea view, sofa bed and air conditioning. Fully equipped American kitchen. Sea view terrace. Garage, Mediterranean garden of 500m2 with children's play area. Magnificent Baumette beach 200 meters away (gentle slope, ideal for children). Tolle Location

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Aufteilung. Viel Platz fĂŒr die gesamte Familie. Es fehlt an nichts in der KĂŒche. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie Restaurant gleich um die Ecke und zum Meer sind es 3 min. Top und wir kommen gerne wieder.

TrĂšs belle maison

La maison est trÚs bien située avec un accÚs plage et commerce à pieds. Il est possible de ne pas utiliser la voiture durant le séjour. La maison est trÚs belle, bien équipée, spacieuse pour 6 personnes , l'environnement est calme. La communication avec les propriétaires et la concierge est cordiale et réactive. Vraiment une belle location, nous pensons déjà à revenir l'an prochain.

Jolie maison bien située

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison. La localisation est top avec la mer, des commerces et restaurants accesssibles à pied. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. La chaise haute, lit parapluie et pot ont été appréciés pour notre enfant. Logement fortement recommandé pour un séjour en bord de mer.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour, la maison est bien situĂ©e proche des commerces et de la plage, nous avons fait beaucoup de choses Ă  pied et c'est apprĂ©ciable. La maison en elle mĂȘme est spacieuse et agrĂ©able. Et Agay reste un petit coin de paradis !

Very nice vacation

First of all the communication with landlord was easy. We had a great stay. The accommodation was very clean. The on-site concierge service worked great. We loved the very short walk to the beach and sea. We would come back at any time.

tolle Villa, top eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen, kurze Entfernung zum Baumette-Strand, fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf kurzer Weg zum Einkaufen, angenehm warmes Wasser, schöner Strand, Vermieter und Concierge waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Perfektes Ferienhaus fĂŒr entspannten Strandurlaub incl. genialer Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit als Familienurlaub in den Pfingstferien in diesem traumhaften Haus. Das Haus eignet sich perfekt fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen wunderschönen und großen Ess-/KĂŒchen-/Aufenthaltsbereich, der sich direkt mit großen SchiebefenstertĂŒren auf einen herrlichen schattigen Essplatz mit Blick aufs Meer öffnet. Hier haben wir alle Mahlzeiten in Urlaubsstimmung eingenommen. Die KĂŒche ich hochwertig mit Induktionsherd und sehr ordentlich mit KĂŒchengerĂ€ten ausgestattet. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber ausreichend. Alles was sehr sauber und wirkte sehr hochwertig, es sind praktisch nirgends Gebrauchspuren zu sehen. Agay ist wunderschön gelegen und man lĂ€uft nur 100m zu einem kleinen Platz mit Supermarkt und Restaurants. Von dort erreicht man nach weiteren 200m die kleine Bucht mit dem feinsandigen Plage de la Baumette. In die andere Richtung sind es ca. 400m zum grĂ¶ĂŸeren Ortstrand, der etwas kieselig ist. An Pfingsten war es sehr ruhig und alles wurde erst fĂŒr die Saison vorbereitet. Wer einen ruhigen Strandurlaub möchte, ist hier perfekt bedient. Trubel/Standrummel/Party findet man hier aber nicht. Andererseits bietet Agay ca. 10 Restaurants, eine sehr gute Boulangerie/Patisserie, mehrere kleine SupermĂ€rkte, eine Apotheke und eine Post. Das grĂ¶ĂŸte Plus ist natĂŒrlich die Lage an der Cote d'Azur - man erreicht in einer Stunde St.Tropez und nach Osten in 45min Cannes, in 1h 10 Nizza und 1h 30 Monaco.

GerĂ€umiges Ferienhaus mit schönen SitzplĂ€tzen, drinnen und draußen, hell und mit Meerblick. Sehr gute KĂŒchenausstattung. Kurzer Fußweg zum Meer und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Agentur tadellos und freundlich. Große Garage, in der wir unser Boot und die FahrrĂ€der unterstellen konnten. Alles prima!

La maison est trÚs bien agencée, propre et rien ne manque. Tout est fait pour se sentir comme à la maison. La clim est un plus en ces temps de fortes chaleurs avec des enfants en bas ùges.. L'emplacement est idéal : 5 minutes à pied de la plage et du mini centre commercial avec magasin alimentaire, boucherie etc.. L'acceuil se fait facilement et est bien organisée. Nous recommandons à 100% cette maison !

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Agay

Das Ferienhaus ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, inklusive Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Der Meerblick ist besser als erwartet und unsere Enkel haben sich sehr ĂŒber die Schaukeln im Garten gefreut. Es gibt auch eine große Garage fĂŒr 1 Auto, so dass wir beide Fahrzeuge auf dem GrundstĂŒck parken konnten. Unschlagbar aber ist die Lage des Hauses. Mehrere schöne StrĂ€nde, auch fĂŒr kleine Kinder, sind fußlĂ€ufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In ca. 2 Minuten erreicht man ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit einem sehr guten BĂ€cker, Metzger und einem kleinen Sparladen mit tĂ€glich frischem Obst und GemĂŒse. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich bei unserem Gastgeber Emmanuel fĂŒr die immer schnelle und herzliche Kommunikation. Er fand auch fĂŒr ExtrawĂŒnsche immer eine Lösung. Auch die Kommunikation mit Claire, der Verwalterin vor Ort, war unkompliziert und das Ein- und Auschecken problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
