Room was very clean 👌 and staff was super friendly and great customer service 👌

Up on ARRIVAL in my personal note to hotel I ask for good view they give a dark room looking at brick wall i ask to be closer to elevator cause I'm disabled but they out me way to the back ,when I got hurt at they property I ask to have that luggage thing to help put my luggage on they didn't come through on that I ask to get awake call on July 7,2026 ,early that morning so I won't miss my RTA ride after I was hurt by another guest with her luggage I went to doctor and I was on medication so I ask for that nite to be discounted for injury at they hotel July 6,2026 HILTON Riverside refuse me everything I ask him for on July 6,2026 before 11pm it's ridiculous when I ask for good view I wish I could had got that in first time but I had to go back down to get another room I ask not be to far walking but they didn't care they need to do better

We had a wonderful stay, the room was clean , comfy, and a great walking distance from everything. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained, will be returning for sure

Close to everything you could ask for

The Loews New Orleans on the corner of Poydras and Peter’s was the perfect place for our mother daughter getaway to New Orleans. The King bed had the crisp cotton white sheets I always look for in a quality hotel and the bathroom and in room amenities allowed the two of us relax in style and get ready for our various dates and excursions with a mirror in both areas. We had plenty of space and a view towards the Caesars casino. The elevators were quick and convenient. All personnel were very helpful but our favorite was eating fried green tomato sandwiches and having drinks in the bar and visiting with beautiful Hannah our bartender and server. She was a welcoming face each day as we came in from the heat and chose our favorite beignets and drink. The breakfast in the restaurant was tasty and we were able to sit right down. We were able to walk to the French Quarter and Bourbon and Canal Streets. We walked easily to the WWII museum and to the streetcar stop. We took a pedicab twice at night and it was easy to get to the places we needed. Lyfts were easy to get and we felt safe and comfortable most of the time.
