They told me they would fix it and they never did. For five nights I stayed in a hot room. And now Expedia refuses to compensate me for the inconvenience. Expedia and the hotel said all sales are final. Another lady across from me booked two rooms and she had the same issue. They have had air conditioner issues for the longest and have no immediate plans to fix it. Book at your own risk!"Reviewed November 3, 2026Return • Dublin (DUB) - Paris (CDG)DUB - BVA • Direct BVA - DUB • Direct€669€451found 1 day agoper traveller - Hotel Faubourg Galant Paris - Handwritten Collection

Hotel Restaurant le Cheval Blanc
Hotel Restaurant le Cheval Blanc"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."
"Fantastic place, a stone throw away from the train station, located right in the town center. Hotel is also equipped to accommodate cyclists and their bikes. Room is in excellent condition and staff are friendly. "
