"The room was very small, the rug was supposed to be green but was old and beat up it looked brown, the bed was uncomfortably hard and had a lean from side to side, it took a long time to get hot water, and the furniture and electrical are out dated"

"The room was small (suppose to be a suite with a kitchen). It had a small sink and a mix of dishes and utensils that clearly came from a thrift store as they were things your grandmother would have had. Nothing was clean. The shower was disgusting, the water out of every faucet in the room smelled ..."
