Good walking, bird and seal watching area. Some good local restaurants - but the downside is the gobsmacking parking fees. Across the bay in le Crotoy the parking is significantly cheaper!

Despite it being very low season and most of St Valery sur Somme being shut for annual holidays, we had a lovely time. We were aware beforehand that this was the case. very smart, clean and tidy. river walk is easy for pedestrians and cyclists. try ther cheese chop! the one with the cow outside. great cheese and wine and a good place to dine
Parking is a problem and expensive.
