"Due to preparations of a wedding I was the only guest in the Chateau. Walking alone in the Chateau was spooky because of the statues in the hallway and squeaking doors and floors. The thunder and lighting that evening made the experience complete. Did I sleep well? No, but I loved every bit of it. The day after, I searches my suite and found two hidden chambers. One behind a curtain and the other behind a mirror. The last chamber used to be a dressing room. Check out the tombstone by the pool."

"We had amazing time at the Chateau de Charmeil. The owners are charming people who did everything they could to make our stay there wonderful. The dinner for two was delicious, as was the breakfast. We loved the Chateau grounds. Our beautiful suite was air conditioned and had a great view. Highly recommended!"
