With 105 m², it features a spacious living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests.



The location is ideal: just steps from shops, restaurants, bars, and public transport stops. Within minutes by car, you can reach the Casino de la Vallée, Hotel Billia, Saint-Vincent Spa, and Palais de Saint-Vincent. The ski resorts of Torgnon, Valtournenche, and Cervinia are about 25 minutes away.
