  • The 57 m² La Maison De Marguerite apartment is set on two levels in the private alpine village of Les Pleiades, within the municipality of Saint Vincent, at 1,600 meters altitude and less than 1 km from Col de Joux. It accommodates up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a separate bunk bed area, plus 1 bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and kettle. Additional amenities: private TV, washing machine, and hairdryer. Enjoy mountain views from the 2 private balconies.



    Outside, a shared garden awaits you with stunning views of the valley and Mont Blanc. For your leisure, there is a shared playground and ping pong table, while the surrounding woods are perfect for hiking and mountain biking right from the village.



    The property offers 1 private covered parking space in a shared garage and street parking. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Bicycle and ski storage are available in the parking space and private cellar.



    Access to the village is reserved for residents. There is a bar/restaurant but no shops. The owners live on site but not in your accommodation. Complete sets of bed linen, toiletries, and a kitchen welcome kit with coffee capsules and detergents are provided. Val d’Ayas with Monte Rosa is just a short drive away, ideal for more outdoor activities and scenic trails.

Un piccolo bilocale provvisto di tutti i confort

Pros: L'appartamento era ben curato e pulito con tutto il necessario per una vacanza, c'è anche la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice. Carlo, il proprietario, è davvero gentilissimo e disponibile, davvero una brava persona.
