Cozy Renovated Cottage Near Beach with Shared Garden and Activities in Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard

Old renovated house located on a property including the owner's accommodation and two other gîtes, 300 m from the village, for 2 people. Shared access to the accommodation with private parking. Ground floor: kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 and TV), a shower room with heated towel rail/WC. You can enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture) and a 2000m² garden shared with the owners and other tenants (swing, trampoline, bowling alley, deckchairs). Clemenceau beach is located 1.3 km away. In summer, the shops in the center are open (mini-market, bakery, butcher's shop, etc.) and located 250m from the house (open in the morning from November to March). The forest and hiking trails are less than 2 km away. Heating, sheets and towels included.
In addition: Cleaning fee: €30/stay and tourist tax.
