"The owner is really easy to communicate with and very nice. The location is great, right off the beach and a couple of minutes by foot to the port center. The futon is more comfortable than I expected, but I was surprised that bedding and linens weren't included. Luckily, Luc offers them as a supplement. A real plus for summer months is his supplemental offer of a garage and use of bicycles. I wish there had been wifi. All in all, it's a deal."

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses vacanciers. "Belle semaine de vacances en famille dans ce logement très bien équipé et climatisé. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques ! Le joli village de Fontvieille est accessible à pied. "가구가 조금 낡아 여닫으면 소리가 납니다. 구석방이라 뒷 건물과 마주하여 커튼을 열지 못합니다. 매일 쓰레기통을 비우고 수건을 교체해 주며 2-3일에 한번 청소와 시트를 교체합니다. 방과 욕실이 추워 말하니 욕실 난방기는 조절하게 해 주었지만 방은 조절기가 작동하지 않습니다. 천장이 높은데 난방이 약해 밤에는 춥습니다. 주요 관광지가 가까워 다니기 좋으며 주위에 마트도 여럿 있어 식료품을 사와 요리하기 좋습니다. 프론트는 친절하며 관광지 안내도 해줘 전통 시장에도 다녀올 수 있었습니다. "

"Das liegt direkt am Strand, man kann wunderbar zum Gartentor heraus und ist am Meer. Perfekte Lage. Auch für unsere Hunde war der Aufenthalt toll, alles ist eingezäunt. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmässig. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal dort Urlaub machen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und diskret. Gerne wieder."

"This is a nice apartment just across the street from the beach. Super location, everything within easy walking distance. Internet was the only thing really lacking. The apartmentnt sadly had none and the village’s was not useable even after two visits to the Office of Tourism. You need to be able to climb stairs to the apt and an almost ladder to the bedroom. Nice balcony looking out at the sea. I recommend it!"

"It's not in Sainted Marie la mer which is not clear when booking it's 8km outside. It's in Pioch Badet. There is a window box full of bird crap and the whole place smelt musty, the bathroom needed cleaned thoroughly and there wasn't loo roll or proper bedding only paper sheets. There are no towels which wasn't mentioned either so visitors from UK probably should be made aware. The house is nice enough just a bit tired - maybe it hadn't been rented in a whike. The parasol in patio was broken,...
