"Our second time at Xavier's house. The niggles from last year have mostly been addressed, except the fan in the bathroom. A very pleasant 2 weeks with glorious sunshine throughout. The dogs remembered the villa straight away and were very settled in the garden. Although we had neighbours in the front house this time, parking for a car each was not a problem. Able to visit all of our old haunts in western Provence, and a few new ones. We will be back again - maybe not next year - but soon."

It lies on a plateau just outside the charming town of St-Remy; just a few minutes drive will bring you to shops, bars, restaurants and petrol stations. There are views to the Alpilles from the top of the plateau and several tracks in the surrounding nature reserve. "The property owner is incredibly kind, generous and welcoming. The house is located in a calm and quiet part of Beaucaire, yet short walking distance from any necessary shopping. In the main living-room of the house, there's ample space with a well-adapted area for remote-working. My husband and I will be recommending to our kids to stay in this specific house, for its great location, AMAZING host and ease of use for those who tele-commute."

"Olivia was a fantastic host- a modern, well air conditioned house set in large gardens. Walking distance to small town with local shops and amenities. Olivia was on hand when we needed her for tourist advice and her communication was excellent. As a family we enjoyed the use of her swimming pool which is 100 meters away separate to the rental house. There were even bikes and kids toys in the garden. "We loved this house!! It's nestled into a quite, safe neighborhood with only a 5 minute walk into lovely St. Remy with all of it's shops and cafes. The house opens up with several french doors to a private yard/ garden full of flowering plants, outdoor dining table and a nice sized, heated pool with comfortable loungers. "We stayed for a week with our family. It was very clean, tge beds very comfortable and the pool was perfect size and very clean. We were welcomed by Dominic and his wife who made us feel at home. "While the house was nice and accommodating, we weren’t provided with linens or towels after the site said they were included. It was extremely challenging to get to and leave from. The host was not kind to us when we need directions after getting lost. we throughly cleaned the house after getting no instructions for check out she told us we were good to leave and everything looked good and then an hour after we checked out she proceeded to spam text us with complaints about things we supposedly...

"Belle semaine de vacances en famille dans ce logement très bien équipé et climatisé. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques ! Le joli village de Fontvieille est accessible à pied. "Both the owner, Olivier, and his property manager were first rate. I would recommend this house for a family with children rather than a group of non-related adults as the bathrooms and rooms are all different, from utilitarian to luxurious. One very large nice master bedroom with en suite bath, three others plus a sleeping loft are smaller and basic. Great pool and you can walk everywhere in the fabulous town of Maussane."

"What a fantastic home the 5 of us loved it. The location was unbeatable. We were three adults and two children. Be aware there are many steep stairs if you can manage stairs you will love this home. It’s clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Regis was so kind and helpful. He had fantastic recommendations for dinner and was quick to respond to my questions. Check in and out was easy. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again. "

"This is a nice apartment just across the street from the beach. Super location, everything within easy walking distance. Internet was the only thing really lacking. The apartmentnt sadly had none and the village’s was not useable even after two visits to the Office of Tourism. You need to be able to climb stairs to the apt and an almost ladder to the bedroom. Nice balcony looking out at the sea. I recommend it!"
