The staff at T Hotel Ryuoo were excellent at hosting us and helping create an easy and seamless vacation, from shuttles to reservations. "This was the first time we stayed here. My husband and I had a western style room and it was very roomy, furnished nicely, staff was polite and knowledgeable, had an onsite onsen too. Free shuttle service to the train station too. We would be happy to stay here again! "

"Location is perfect being a few minutes walk to the train station, Yuzawa Kogen ski lifts, restaurants and shops. The food for breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent in quality and variety. We stayed 4 nights and was not bored of the spread. "
