"No options for vegetarian or halal for breakfast or snacks. Paid for breakfast for no reason. Staff however were excellent. No one cleaned our room for 3 days and they literally just dumped the comforter on the bed each day without even arranging the pillows. "

"Great location in Ginza for a pretty decent price. Nice amenities. Rooms were tiny, to be expected. Around the corner from the local train station and 10-15 min walk to the large Tokyo Station. Staff were very helpful."

"Location was great! Very close to train station and 7-11. Room were so small. No stair access to go down from the 2nd floor to 1st floor ( where the front desk is).when elevators were busy in the morniing around check-out time"

"It was in a very good location for us, as we arrived to Tokyo station, about 15 minutes walk. And left from the hotel to Narita airport, taking the direct metro, only few minutes walk from the hotel. Good bread, coffee and hot chocolate offered for breakfast. Confortable bed."
