"This was the best hotel during our recent 10-day visit to Nagoya and Aichi prefecture. Our room I think was newly renovated and everything was spot on with regards to the size, functionality, cleanliness, intelligent use of the toilet and bathroom space, heating of room and bathroom/toilet, lighting. The staff was also very efficient and polite. We were able to get water from A vending machine on our floor and that was so useful as they provided us with a pitcher in our room. Two large glasses too and kettle etc. and location to the international departure was a 5 minute walk which was fully covered and linked directly. "
