The laundry facilities are excellent. I was able to use the TV to find out available washing machines and dryers. That is a very good use of the technology. The view from the room was good. It is very convenient for shopping, restaurants and transportation

Friendly staff, clean rooms and convenient for both Tobu and JR railways. Plenty of eating and shopping choices nearby.

Ryokan was ok but no open restaurants nearby worth it. Place too far from Nikko main attractions.

Property was in new condition and plenty of space for family of five. We did not use the small kitchen, but it included a microwave and small refrigerator which was nice.
