The air conditioning in our room did not work properly, and we were given a fan instead of being switched to another room. The hallway was cooler, so it was specific to our room. No change in 3 days, no follow up, they ignored the problem completely. The room was also smaller than others on our stay in Italy. Another negative is that I gave them a few shirts to launder, and they shrank 3 of the 4. The food at the breakfast buffet was above average, and the coffee was very good. The hotel is located well, only a few minutes walk to the Duomo. However, I would not book another stay here myself.

A little expensive for the small rooms. But it is Milan. Expected a lot more for the price. Did not receive our free bottle of wine.
