"I had a great stay . I like the option of not having your room cleaned. You know like not having to have your towels and sheets done every day environmentally friendly and I've got a free glass of wine. The staff were great."

"All Staff were amazing. Location in old city just a few minutes walk from universities, cathedrals, shops and restaurants. We spent a wonderful couple of nights culminating in the hotel restaurant Menu Degustation with wine pairing at a very reasonable price! Fabulous. Highly recommended all round"
"I have to start by saying that this place is a GEM. From the moment you walk in and you feel the five star treatment.
The staff will greet you and they will speak your language, either Spanish or English. They are extremely helpful and they assist you planning any tours, event, research and everything to make it a five star treatment.
The room is so clean, that you do not want to undo the bed. They clean the room once or twice daily and they leave your random notes and the weather for the next day and chocolates.
The 24 hour bar that is served by the front desk staff as well makes it a lot easier. They are very personable and care for their guest. Highly recommend."
