"Nice camp and an amazing location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however there were some cleaning issues that should be addressed. The kitchen cabinets were very dirty, and the cutlery tray was dirty and moldy, which could potentially become a health issue. The plates also felt oily and did not appear to be cleaned properly. Even if this was caused by previous guests, the staff should check everything and ensure the cabin is properly cleaned and ready for the next guests. Only one bed in the master bedroom was made before our arrival. The bedsheets in the kids’ room did not seem properly cleaned and had stains, and the wooden parts of the bed were covered with a thick layer of dust. The rest of the cabin was reasonably clean."

"The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, large screen tvs. Property has 3 pools and multiple quality restaurants. Perfect stay in Shoal Bay. Will definitely be back!"

Just a couple of points to note: there were no coffee pods and as the coffee make takes unusual pods it would have been helpful to know which ones to buy. We have found this before. Also, the media information doesn't tally with operating and as such once again we couldn't play DVDs."
