The Space:

The property features a private swimming pool, a terrace with panoramic views, and an exclusive barbecue area—perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Inside, you’ll find comfortable and spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and appliances, ready for you to prepare your favorite meals with complete ease. It also includes hot/cold air conditioning, a laundry area, and a game room equipped with a pool table and air hockey.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a privileged area, just 5 minutes from Guadalupe Plaza and 25 minutes from Ica’s Main Square (Plaza de Armas), it combines tranquility, privacy, and easy access to the city’s main attractions.

The house is located within a small gated condominium made up of four fully independent homes, separated by living fences, ensuring a safe, quiet, and private environment.
