The Space:

The property features a private swimming pool, a terrace with panoramic views, and an exclusive BBQ area—perfect for enjoying outdoor moments. Inside, you’ll find four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and appliances, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. Additionally, the house offers hot/cold air conditioning, a laundry area, and a game room with a pool table and foosball.



To complete the experience, the house includes a projector and large screen, ideal for movie nights in a warm and intimate atmosphere.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a privileged area, just 5 minutes from Guadalupe Plaza and 25 minutes from Ica’s Main Square (Plaza de Armas), it combines privacy with easy access to the city’s main attractions.



The house is situated within a small gated condominium consisting of four fully independent homes, separated by living fences, ensuring a safe, peaceful, and private environment.
