"The room was in unacceptable condition: the bed was covered in dust, and the window facing the garden lacked screens, allowing flies and mosquitoes to flood inside when opened—which was necessary due to the hot weather. Furthermore, the TV was completely unavailable to watch the ongoing FIFA World Cup matches.
