"Doubletree Hilton is a very nice hotel at the heart of Manchester’s downtown. The higher floors permit guests to have a commanding view of the mountain areas, which are located not too far from the hotel. We took a very enjoyable site- seeing driving tour; which was very relaxing!"

"When checking in I asked to placed in the front of the hotel staff said I was. I was placed to the side where electrical wiring and cell towers were. That really concerned me very much. I didn’t get much sleep people next door were banging on the walls and children kept running and screaming down the halls. We didn’t swim as the water didn’t look clean. When you met staff around they didn’t say anything I had to say good morning or good afternoon have a nice day. I don’t believe I would book this hotel again also there is nothing around it. "

"The staff checking in was wonderful. I get to the room, at first I am impressed. I pull out the trundle under the couch, the sheet has stains and cheerios. I pull it the rest of the way out to take the sheet off and there was cheerios and a couple snacks under it. I call the front desk, they come with a new sheet and blankets. Not once did I get an apology or would you like us to clean it. I pull the sheet off and the mattress is stained brown. Then I go to the bathroom look in the tub, that is dirty. I paid decent money for the room. I have gotten cleaner rooms for more than half the amount I paid. I got better service too. The breakfast in the morning was good. There was no oatmeal. I saw a lady and asked her "when you get a minute could you please get some more oatmeal? It is out". I get told well we have had 800 people here this morning for breakfast and the other girl is just sitting in the back. I stood there thinking how is this a me problem? I did not say anything but wow! I will not spend money to stay at a supposedly nice hotel to get all of these problems. I hope this was a bad day and this hotel is not usually like this. Not a good stay at all."
