"The room was clean and free of any odors. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions with a smile lol. The breakfast was pretty good with a decent assortment of options and the staff stayed on top of replenishing items before they were even gone. The hot tube was plenty warm but only one jet worked when turned on which was great if you were the lucky one to be sitting in front of it but unfortunately I was not :(. All in all I would recommend this hotel and I will stay again when we are back in town. "

"Room was clean and organized, though it smelled of stale air cleaning products. I turned on the AC unit, but that only offered more stale and dusty air. Instead, I opened the window, propped the door open, and turned on the bathroom ventilator to draw fresh air into the unit. That did the trick. I needed an inexpensive and convenient place to sleep after having driven most of the day. I took a nice hot shower, went to bed, and fell asleep to the rush of the freeway in the distance. The old mattress springs definitely made their impression upon me. Regardless, I had a good night of deep sleep, cooked my breakfast in the massive microwave, and hit the road. You get what you pay for: wholly mediocre, but a an OK place to crash in the middle of a three day road trip."

"Always appreciate the huge flowers in lobby. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. Love being so close to big park for early morning walk with our doggy. Overall, room was clean and comfortable. Only wish there were more amenities in kitchen - only had a couple of coffee mugs. Would be nice to have a few plates and utensils - forks and spoons."

"We were in a handicap room with a door to an adjoining room. The walls were not well soundproofed and the adjoining room had a dog and small children who were quite noisy. We arrived after dark and had so much difficulty trying to figure out how to turn on the lights that we finally had to question the manager on duty. I am a seasoned traveler who has spent years in hotel rooms and never experienced anything like that. We stayed two nights and while the towels were changed, the bed was not made up after the first night. The only bright spot was the breakfast. No complaints there. It was quite good for a hotel of this quality."
