"Great stay"

"The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were kind and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic - waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, and biscuits & gravy. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were a great way to wind down at the end of a long day. Very pleased with the stay."

"Staff smoked right outside the door. Someone else’s fecal matter came up in our toilet!!! Not an offer to come up and sanitize our toilet. Construction manager was rude and condescending when I was confused about the parking. If I could’ve canceled without being charged I would have. "

"There was no food left, the front desk person was feeding it to her family. The lady also watched me pump out very little coffee before it went empty then just walked away. Room was clean"

"Dirty hotel, looks like never cleaned. dog hair throughout hotel hallway, mismatched carpet throughout hallway, only one elevator worked. Continental breakfast was gross, scrambled eggs were raw, bacon and sausage were terrible. Homeless people come in and eat at this hotel and using the hotel restrooms."

"Well, one of the water handles in the bathroom fell off when I went to use it, and there was about half an inch gap under the door and an eighth of an inch gap around the side and top. The staff was Greatl Property was clean"
