Charming place to stay in McMinnville

The adorable half point farmhouse is a delightful place to stay. It is well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and the bed is SO comfortable! Easy walk to McMinnville's delicious restaurants, beautiful shops and amazing tasting rooms. Highly recommend the wonderful accommodations!

This farmhouse is just the right size for a couple. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Within walking distance to coffee shop, shops and restaurants.

Loved McMinnville. The town was lovely with good food and several wine tasting options. Our stay was wonderful - clean, well equipped, great location. We were very comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The flat was just as described. We will visit again!

Great location for walking downtown McMinn, super close to everything. Pictures are accurate, very cute and comfortable place. Kitchen is well stocked as well!

Perfect little getaway

Beautiful place with fantastic character. Easy to access, no issues with anything at all. This place was very well equipped and comfortable. The upstairs outdoor space was an added bonus. Would very much recommend staying here.

This was perfect in every way - great location, quiet neighborhood. The house was just the right size for the two of us. We had everything we needed. This was our first time air b n b’ing - if all places are like this, I don’t think we’ll go back to hotel stays. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Quaint property in close proximity to downtown McMinnville

Our stay started on a bad note with no information to check into the property. We started looking for hotels in the area before we heard back from the owners the access code ( after check in time). The property is quaint and clean with close proximity to the downt atea.

Long Weekend in McMinnville

We had such an amazing stay in McMinnville at our spacious, super cute and cozy “Half-Pint” Farmhouse. It was in the perfect location, and just steps to everything in downtown McMinnville. Our host, Sarita, had made some amazing recommendations for dining and wineries… they were all on point! We loved our time here and can’t wait til we return. Great place, very close to town

This little farmhouse is so cute! It's decorated so nicely, very clean, and has a good amount of space. It is really close to downtown and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and wine tasting. The area itself can be a bit noisy, sirens and loud cars driving by but a sound machine is provided as well. This is a great property, well maintained, and Id recommend it for sure!!!

Awesome location for everything in McMinnville!! We walked every day and wineries were about 10-15 away! Space was great!! I will say the stairs are not for the faint of heart. We are in our 60’s, active and they were a bit of a challenge.

Perfect stay in McMinnville!

The half-pint is as cute in person as the pictures show! Easy walk to 3rd St with many dining options and a few tasting rooms as well. It was roomy enough for 2 adults to spread out! Cute little kitchen, sitting area and spacious bath bow stairs, large bedroom/living area upstairs. Also a cute balcony with sitting area amongst the trees. Charming!

Great stay

Perfect location to explore McMinnville. Very easy to walk to restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and coffee shops. We stayed during the hottest part of mid-August, and the air conditioner managed to keep the place cool and comfortable. The only thing I didn't love was that the bed was quite squeaky. If one of us rolled over during the night, it usually woke the other one up.

Awesome little surprise....

After getting used to rental disappointments, this pint-sized gem was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, comfortable, very well stocked with lots of extras supplied, well maintained and so very cute! It was also within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife on 3rd Street. We were only there two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing to note for older renters may be the narrow stairs to the bedroom/sitting area. If looking to stay in this area again, we would definitely rent here again :)

Exactly as Expected

The owners of this property have done a great job for themselves. This property is easily the #1 in its price-range for its location. Extremely clean & comfortable. The stairs are pretty steep and on the narrow side so anyone with mobility issues should consider another property, it’s definitely not wheelchair friendly. With that aside, my wife and I loved our stay and will definitely be staying there again.

Well maintained with all of the amenities you need. Coffee provided with in house washer and dryer. Easy 5min walk to 3rd street and beyond with access to great breakfast places, coffee shops, dinner options, wineries and art galleries. The owners were quick to respond with any questions. Would stay again!!
