"We've stayed here as a family of four adults with two children. The villa is excellent. Perfectly equipped for your holiday needs. There is a great eating area with shade by the pool. The pool is the perfect size for a quick swim and there is enough room around for sunbeds and chairs. The jacuzzi is a plus for relaxing! The bedrooms are all good sizes. We would stay here again!"

"Carvoeiro is a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. We walked most nights into the centre but Uber was also cheap and easy to use. The board walk was easily accessible and filled with incredible views, we love walking so this was a great experience. The villa was spacious with all you would need. Pool was a great size. Hosts were fantastic greeting us on arrival and departure. Would book again."

"This house is perfectly located directly on the ocean in Luz. It has complete privacy while still being a very short walk easy into the beautiful town of Luz. We hiked to Lagos and other adjacent beach towns over amazing mountain ocean cliffs each morning. You could easily enjoy your time at the pool, gazing out into the ocean, but there are also so many amazing very beautiful beaches, and other towns nearby for perfect adventures. "This villa was comfortable for six people, at a very reasonable cost, and a great location, with a 5 min. walk to the beach and ten minutes from the old city. It felt secure, with off street parking in a quiet neighborhood, near the marina and train station. The villa doesn't have central heat but two portable heaters were provided that were definitely needed in mid-March. "The property was exactly as listed. It is in a quiet area with numerous beaches within a short drive. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had no problem cooking our supper meals, making good use of the bbq. The kids enjoyed netflex at night, which was a welcome surprise. Other reviews complained about the drive way and yes our car is low so we just parked down a side street no big deal as the area is extremely safe. "Such a great villa - big pool and beautiful grounds and outdoor BBQ/dining area perfect for social cooking, dining and playing cards. Inside of the villa was well laid out and maid service changing bed linen and towels was appreciated. Host was readily available to answer any queries we had. "The home is as pictured, short walk to stairs leading to beach or to the small town. Everything you need is in the home, and in town although if you are staying for awhile, we stayed for 4 weeks, you will want to have a car to explore. Restaurants are exceptional in town and beach is fabulous. "The property is well maintained, a little old fashioned but in keeping with a rural position. The kitchen had everything we needed and the barbeque worked a treat with a proper chimney, no extra charge for A/C and pool heating which is unusual but the house was fitted with solar panels and had battery storage which provided most of the electricity required to run everything.
