Aside from very minor issues related to style trumping function, the only issue to be aware of is a somewhat lower privacy of the bathroom compared to expectations of most North Americans. The staff were exceptionally helpful, we arrived early and they let us have early check in and even help ourselves to the breakfast from that morning. We even had a lift to the airport from Patricia when there wasn't a taxi available - super helpful!
