This property is misrepresented online - it is currently under construction/renovation in the front of the building with scaffolding all around. I had to enter a small backdoor, only to realize the interior lobby area is also under construction with scaffolding and dust - looked like it was bombed. I refused to stay there and the owner/property manager would not refund me even though they never disclosed the condition of the property.

It’s getting there
Great location! The remodel that was finish was excellent. But the building is under major renovation. Views from the room were obscured by scaffolding and netting. Room was nice, but bed was pretty hard with twin mattresses shove together.The rest of the building was pretty dirty and rat traps everywhere. When this place is finish will be pretty nice. Should be a little more transparent in the advertising and slightly less expensive.

Great location with very friendly staff
This hotel was in the perfect location to explore the old town and to access Amalfi ferries. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Vittoria went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all of the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Would definitely return!

Under construction external And internal (entrance) , very basic room , bed uncomfortable with one thin sheet as a blanket , tiny shower. The name is deceiving it’s not a house but a building under construction with few rooms and it’s definitely not luxury by all means

Interesting - good but not great.
The room is nice, the location is good. But the design of the door and walls seems to let noise inside. The building is under exterior refurbishing so your view is scaffolding and then the bay. The entrance to this group of suites is on the second or third floor, and thankfully we arrived when the very kind attendant was on duty, otherwise we wouldn't have found it. The entry area smells bad. The team working the "desk" are super nice, informative, and helpful, but we found this to be one of our least liked accommodations in our 18 days in Italy.

We loved our warm and friendly welcome here after a long flight. The building is old and charming; the room is updated and modern. We also got a reservation at a really great nearby pizza place. Grazie mille!

Excellent choice for Amalfi visit
This place was a bit difficult to locate because there is no sign. But once that was resolved, the place is great, so beautiful. Vittoria welcomed us with a coffee and helped us with everything we need regarding places to visit and links for boats to Amalfi Coast. The room was big and very clean. We were lucky to meet the owner of the building and learn the history of it and her family. Location is great, my boyfriend went out to run every morning by the beach. Restaurants and coffee places were less than a minute away. Overall I would highly recommend staying in this place.

Donna Giulia was a gem in Salerno and the best accommodation in our 3 weeks trip in terms of service, location and elegance. The hosts went out of their way to inform us of the sights and attractions in and around Salerno and made our stay in Salerno the perfect base for the Amalfi Coast. The Train and Bus connections minutes walk away also made getting around extremely convenient.The hosts also made a point to cater to some of our dietary needs.

Ci dispiace molto non aver avuto modo di salutarla né, soprattutto, di conoscere da Lei direttamente i motivi del suo check-out anticipato. Immaginiamo a questo punto abbia legittimamente cambiato i suoi programmi, dato che è arrivata con 2 giorni di ritardo rispetto alla data del check-in (ci ha avvisati solo dopo essere stata contattata più volte) ed è andata via con 3 giorni di anticipo, pernottando da noi una sola notte e avendo come bagaglio solo uno zainetto leggero. Ci rincresce, inoltre, aver dovuto declinare la sua richiesta di rimborso ma, come ben sa, ha scelto la nostra tariffa più conveniente - "not refundable"- che non prevede rimborsi, sia che abbia usufruito del suo soggiorno di 7 notti in toto oppure no. La invitiamo, pertanto, a tornare da noi durante il suo prossimo viaggio in Italia. Sarà un piacere avvolgerla con il calore e la cura della nostra accoglienza, che tanti altri ospiti hanno avuto modo di apprezzare, esprimendo il proprio gradimento con il massimo del punteggio nel restante 98% delle recensioni. Best place to stay with great service
The guest house penthouse is amazing: service is personal and friendly. Went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. We felt at home in the four days we stayed there. Definitely will stay at this place again.

The accommodation is extremely well located. The building is under renovation and looks a bit terrifying when you first arrive. Inside it is nice but the construction materials do hamper the view.

Wonderful Salerno B&B
This is a wonderful B&B. Our host Luciana was very gracious and helpful to us as we planned our daily itineraries. Location is very central close to train, bus and ferries and also beside the sea. Continental breakfasts were delicious.

Don't be put off by the outside building renovations; we were not inconvenienced at all. The building has a wonderful location in Salerno, directly across from a large promenade by the Mediterranean. Also, the building features a charming elevator (quantity of four people maximum) that hearkens back to an earlier time. Our apartment and the rest of Luxury House was beautifully renovated and clean and comfortable. Finally, our hostesses were friendly and very helpful and served a delicious breakfast.

Çok merkezi ve güzel bir konumda eski ve büyük bir apartman. Navi geldiniz diyor, binanın önündeyiz ama şüphedeyiz çünkü binada inşaat var. Tüm cephe örtülmüş. Binada yaşam olduğu şüpheli. İnip kapıyı ve zili bulana kadar tereddüt. Ana binanın içi köhne ve kokuyor. Eski, kafes içinde tahta kabinli bir asansörle daireye çıkılıyor. Burası eski büyük bir apartman dairesi. Eski yatak odalarını otel odası yapmışlar, salon da lobi. Odalar şık. Deniz görüyor ama inşaat iskelesinden pek bir şey görünmüyor. Arabanız varsa yakın bir otoparkta rezerve ettikleri yeri öneriyorlar. Fiyat 25 eur. Victoria pozitif ve yardımcı.

Donna Giulia Luxury House in Salerno is absolutely wonderful. Perfectly located in the heart of Salerno with a short walk to the old city and to the bay area. We were satisfied with our room, the genuine and warm welcome we received, also the delightful breakfast (extra €12/pp).

Noi abbiamo alloggiato nelle camere giulietta con una splendida vista mare. La posizione è ottima per muoversi nel centro storico, è anche vicina alla stazione e al porto. Buona la colazione.

Posizione strategica, zona centralissima che permette di visitare tutti i punti della città a piedi. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per muoversi al meglio. La struttura lussuosa e molto pulita. Ottima la colazione.
