We stayed for one night. The superior room was very specious. The SPA is wonderful and highly recommended. Breakfast was ok. We arrived at 9:30 and at 9:45 the staff started to take out the food although it was supposed to be open until 10:00. There was a noisy party outside the hotel until late at night and it was difficult to sleep. Beside that the hotel is a pleasant place to stay in

First impressions weren’t great, on arrival receptionist just said ‘Passports’ - no hello or welcome. Other staff friendly and quite helpful. Hotel is nice, but not a great location if you don’t have a car and have to rely on public transport/taxis. The hotel said they offered transfer from train station, but this was not the case. We had to get a local taxi which cost €20 each time for a journey of less than 2 miles, but we had no other option. The other annoying thing is that you have to pay extra for sun loungers/pool. Amenities and other restaurants in the locality also very limited. Overall, good, but there were some negatives.

It was too noisy you can hear the music from the party below people talking the room was beautiful but the bathroom in the shower there’s no place to have the soap or the shampoo and conditioner other then that it was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. Lovely staff. Great amenities in the rooms and spacious (I had a superior balcony room) The neighbourhood itself, though close enough to a train and bus station (25 min walk) is not the prettiest and there is unfortunately a lot of people loitering at all hours in the car park from the restaurant/ bar next door, which is a shame if your room is facing that view. There is no shuttle service for the hotel and Ubers do not serve here. The hotel does have a driver that they can call but €40 each way is excessive for such a short drive to the station. Great value hotel with decent access to nearest transport links if you want to see the Amalfi coast.
