Very clean and well maintained rooms in a great location, can walk to many restaurants and see the sunset. Ivan is very friendly and helpful. He came to greet us because we couldn't find the apartment, we park the car in front of the apartment, make sure to rent a small car to drive through the narrow streets. This is our first time visiting Zadar, so the location is perfect to walk to the harbor, restaurants and local markets.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. Traveling with a young child can sometimes be challenging, but the team consistently exceeded our expectations with their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and family enjoyment. The baby pool was an absolute highlight for our little one and provided hours of fun in a safe and welcoming environment. We were also impressed by the playground, which was beautifully maintained and offered a fantastic space for children to play and explore. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional family-friendly experience. We truly appreciated the outstanding service, excellent facilities, and warm hospitality. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.
