"The property was just as advertised and as appears in the listing. It combines the benefits of a private hotel room and a house into one. We had access to a very nice patio, kitchen and living/dining room, but didn’t have to pay for an entire house. It’s in a commercial area so it s a little bit busy and perhaps noisy for some, but we were not bothered at all. We really enjoyed the walking distance access to downtown and a grocery store."

"Pros: Nicely decorated space. Large, comfortable room. Cons: House is located on busy highway. That should be clearly stated on description of site. Road is noisy. Owners should post some rules for use of community kitchen. When I woke up, there was a big pot of coffee made in the drip coffeemaker. I did not want to drink it since I wasn't sure who it belonged to. The person who made the coffee left it there for almost 2 hours. He did not drink it nor clear it out. I used the manual...
