The breakfasts were very good and made from local produce, with Manuella giving a detailed explanation of the produce. Room was very clean and a brilliant view from the patio where we had breakfast. "This is by far the most beautiful place I've ever seen. We capped off two weeks in Sicily with two nights here on Panarea Island. The owner, Maria Pia, and her staff are WONDERFUL. She's taken her family home and made it into a beautiful boutique hotel with a great restaurant as well. The views are stunning. It is exactly as you see here on Expedia.
