Would not let us use bathroom before check in. Was told to wait for room. Had been driving for hours and it was a emergency situation was told can’t you hold on.

-Our room was only cleaned 1 time in a 5-night stay (on the third day). -Almost all of the fabric chairs and couches were stained and made it undesirable to sit on. -Breakfast was very limited and one morning there was no food or coffee so we went to McDonalds next door.

The people running the hotel are very nice and responsive. The room needs a laminated paper telling guests how to connect the tv to the satellite service, and the room needs a coffee maker.

Breakfast was nonexistant, must have have been a large group before or something, nothing left. Hate to say this, but, wife got bed bug bites.

Great bed. Air conditioner was very loud but worked well. There was no plug for the bath tub either. Pool and hot tub were out of service but I knew that when I booked so I don’t hold that against the location. Good price so I may be back
