"Hotel and grounds were lovely. Unfortunately, the hotel was quiet so no atmosphere at all.
There was an honesty bar but it when we went to use it there was a lock on the fridge and no one to ask!. So we had to leave the hotel. Hotel itself was lovely just lacked staff and atmosphere."

The website does definitely state its rural, so it warns you, but it does also mention that its just 2 buses from Alicante airport, and fails to mention the one hour and 10 minute walk from castalla to the hotel. Totally worth it, beautiful hotel to set up a retreat for yourself for a couple days, but people might struggle in the heat woth the walk if planning on taking buses"

"The hotel is beautiful. A lovely boutique feel with lots of greenery and fairy lights creating the perfect ambiance. The facilities are modern and clean and the pool and pool area is lovely. The hotel was not too busy so you could easily get beds around the pool without having to think about it. There were a lot of weddings taking place during the stay which felt as though as a guest of the hotel you were encroaching on someone’s special day which felt a little strange. There was no entertainment during the evening and there isn’t much available outside of the hotel so it could feel a little quiet depending on what kind of break you are looking for."

"Brilliant airport hotel. The service is faultless. From the staff at check in to the staff at the breakfast buffet, they’re all brilliant, nothing is too much of a problem! Valentina is amazing and so is Ruben. I forgot the name of the guy on reception but he was so lovely also. My mum left her coat in the room and they saved it for us. Lovely people. Will definitely return."

"The house was perfect for everything we wanted. It’s in a beautiful, quiet place with a short drive to wherever we wanted to go. It’s very secure and secluded making us feel very safe there. The house was spacious and the garden was beautiful, with the facilities going above and beyond what we were expecting. Our kids really enjoyed themselves in the pool and with the fantastic selection of toys provided. Claudia and her family were very nice, accommodating, and informative. We would be more than happy to stay here again. Thank you for everything "
