Pros: Fantastic hotel to stay at if you're visiting for a short period of time. The hotel itself is so close to everything you'd need. Also, the staff are friendly, accommodating and willing to help whenever they can. Free breakfast is included each morning with your stay. The service is great and there are loads of options. Cons: The room decor is a bit dated but everything is super clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Friendly staff and good value for money
Good value for money, located very centrally with underground parking available nearby for EUR 5 a night. Cupboard in room was a bit dusty, showerhead holder needs tightening, noisy tourists could be heard chanting on the street at night. Very friendly staff.

Nice small hotel with staff ready to help. Great location in town but very near the lake front. Was disappointed to get charged when using the hotels city bike especially as the charge is not advertised anywhere. Still a good hotel though.

Family run hotel reasonably priced for Lake Garda
Very comfortable stay at a centrally located small hotel in Salo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in room cost and more than adequate to set you up for the day. Garage parking was available at the hotel with a cheaper option 500 metres away.

Very helpful staff
The hotel is centrally located and easy to access from public transportation. Towns main bus station was 50 meters away. The room was big and bed was comfortable. What made our stay pleasant was the staff. They were very knowledgeable and assisted us with everything. Their included breakfast was expansive. Lake Garda was beautiful. The gellato in Sirmonie is the best we have ever had and should not be missed.

great place, just not for executive travellers
great to be near downtown, with nice staff, who are proud of their services. shower and room are small, so could not stay for too long or invite the boss to stay in the same place. would definitely go back there on vacations though. having A/C is a plus in the area.

Great value and location in Salo
After 5 days in hectic Florence, this hotel in it's idyllic location on Lake Garda was a welcome respite. The staff were friendly, responsive and spoke excellent English. We stayed in 3 hotels in all in this region during unseasonably hot weather and this was the only one that provided air conditioning, (the others claimed that it was too early in the season for it to be turned on). The staff recommendations and directions for nearby restaurants were outstanding. They served a wonderful continental breakfast with a choice of inside or outside seating on the terrace. The room was also very quiet, but conveniently located just steps from the lake.

Traditional Italian hotel, you cannot go wrong
I have been visiting Salo for business for the last few years and I have mainly stayed at Eden Hotel. It is right in the centre of town, easily accessible and with a small private parking. It is a family run hotel, very clean and comfortable. Mauro and his sister are always with a smile and nothing is any bother for them. Also it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Very friendly atmosphere in elegant surroundings. This hotel should suit most people looking for good value accomodation, indeed I would think you would be hard pressed to find anything at a similar standard for the same price. We would definately return to this hotel.
