Excellent location, comfortable apartment. Beautiful view.
The apartment is nice and functional. Three bedrooms, one sea facing, and another has corner sea view. Third bedroom is facing the front. Living room and kitchen is facing the Mediterranean and feels light and airy. The terrace/balcony has kind of 270 degrees of sea view and to be honest is mesmerising. The kitchen is quipped with all necessary appliances and crockeries should one feel the need to cook. Definitely recommending. The parking is not adjacent to the apartment but an allocated garage which is 5 mins walk uphill. We just used on street parking and never parked in the garage.

Unique apartment
The property cannot be faulted. It overlooks the sea, there is a secluded beach just to the left of the property, parking is nearby...in a word fantastic!! I'm reluctant to let too many people know about it in case I can't book it again.

Felt the surcharge that we paid for "beach towels" did not result in what we ecpected with the owner then converting this to a cleaning charge which was inappropriate and represents a hidden extra charge-poor practice on their part.

hello mr HANNIS. I do not understand your comment, and what is fraudulent. You have requested the service concerning the use of sheets and towels. The price is 12 euros per person which is entirely donated to the cleaning company. When you leave, I have to have the laundry washed by a company. I do not give dirty laundry to subsequent customers. You asked me for a full refund because the towels were supposedly of poor quality. You understand well that it is not possible, these expenses I have them. Moreover I am surprised because it is the first time that I have this return. Best regards Christelle

Nicely modernized 3B apartment overlooking the sea, close to the beach and with a large terrace.
We had two fantastic weeks enjoying the 180 degree view to the sea, the modern interior and the well equipped apartment located so close to the sea what you sleep to the voice of the waves. There is sun on terrace all morning until noon giving you a perfect place in the shadow for the strong Mediterranean sun during the afternoon and keep the apartment cool all day. The communication with the owner is fast and helpful and we truly recommend this apartment for a nice stay around Cap de Salou.

Magnificent Apartment overlooking the Mediterranean
We spent a week in this wonderful apartment which has panoramic views of the sea and coast line of the Costa Dorada. The property has to be seen to be believed and it was wonderful to wake up to the sounds and sights of the Mediterranean every day. The facilities in the apartment are second to none and everything is there to make your stay perfect! With 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this is an extensive apartment and a great property for larger groups. The property has clearly been refurbished to a very high standard and everything in it is of very high quality. Comfort and relaxation is guaranteed even when the weather is less than perfect! Since our stay, we have looked at other apartments in the area and none compare to this one. Christophe is a delightful host, extremely accommodating and responds to emails very quickly. This apartment complex is in an area called Far De Salou which is beautiful and very scenic and is around a 10 minute walk from local shops, bars, restaurants etc. The local supermarket is small but well stocked (even had gluten free products for my partner who is coeliac!) but for more extensive shopping, there is a Carrefour hyper market in Tarragona where you can get everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive away from the apartment. We didn’t want to leave, despite the inclement weather when we were there and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking of holidaying in this area. Nice 3 room apartment, recently refurbished, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful terrace with amazing views of the Meditarrean Sea. Everything was nice and clean and Christophe was always available for whatever you might need. Five stars!

I want to say thank you for the very nice 2-weeks stay we had together with friends and family. All was perfect. The apartment with this stunning view. The very close beach. The vacation feeeling. The time we spend in Salou. So over all amazing. Just one very small issue, be careful with the freezer ( maybe you have to remove the ice before puting things in to avoid that you have issues to close them. ). We are thinking about to come again. All was happy. Incl. the Kids 6+7 years old.

Todo correcto según se indicaba en el anuncio. Se agradecen las instrucciones para la llegada: muy claras y precisas. El apartamento está bastante bien acondicionado (menaje, armarios y mobiliario, incluso en la terraza). La zona está alejada del centro, aunque esto se compensa con las espectaculares vistas. En épocas de veraneo es imprescindible el garaje, en la zona no hay muchos huecos para aparcar.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Konversation mit Christelle war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist genau wie in der Beschreibung und das Highlight ist natürlich der Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht. Wir konnten die Sonne bis zur Mittagszeit dort genießen, dann wurde es im Schatten zu kühl. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig, ein Auto unbedingt zu empfehlen. Die Garage ist in der oberen Straße, 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Sie ist auch für ein großes Auto geeignet. Der Wanderweg 'camino de Rondá' verläuft am Haus und ist sehr schön zu laufen. In der Ausstattung der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Meiner Meinung nach sollten Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive sein. Das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt, aber trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung!

Traumhafter Ausblick
Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem und ausreichend groß. Die Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon sind angenehm, so dass man das Meeresrauschen bei einem kühlen Getränk genießen und dabei die Schiffe beobachten kann, die in den Industriehafen von Tarragona ein-/auslaufen. Im Gegensatz zur Wohnung, die bereits renoviert wurde, müsste man die Gemeinschaftsanlagen (Außenanlagen) ebenfalls mal instand setzen. Der in der Nähe liegende Sandstrand ist fantastisch. Die Gegend am Cap Salou war im Oktober sehr, sehr ruhig. Mit der Internetgeschwindigkeit hatten wir keine Probleme und das Fernsehprogramm war international ausgerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war schnell, nett und problemlos. Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen.

El apartamento está bastante bien equipado. Reformado con gusto. Las camas son muy cómodas. En una de las habitaciones, se echa de menos un armario. Hay una cómoda antigua, que los cajones no cierran bien. La cocina, muy bien equipada. Lo mejor la terraza y las vistas al mar. La zona es apartada del centro de Salou. Nosotros buscabamos eso, Si buscas fiesta no es el sitio. Dependes del coche para ir a comprar, pero estas al lado de calas preciosas y del Camí de ronda, para hacer caminatas. Como pega, la televisión solo tiene canales franceses. Echamos de menos poder ver los canales españoles.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb von Salou gelegen, sehr ruhig und ein traumhafter Blick vom Balkon direkt aufs Meer. Zu fuß ist ein sehr schöner kleiner Stand zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet inkl. Nespresso. Wir wären gern länger geblieben und kommen sicher wieder.

Schöne Lage an den Felsen über dem Meer
Wir waren im Sommer als Familie dort. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung in einem mehrstöckigen Gebäude direkt an einer Felswand am Meer gebaut. Dadurch war auch im Sommer die Hitze relativ gut erträglich, angenehmes Klima, windgeschützt auf der Ostseite gelegen. Das Geräusch der Brandung und Meeresrauschen ist zu hören. In der Wohnung hochwertige Einrichtung, neue Ausstattung , viel Platz, sehr sauber, alle erdenklichen Dinge die man brauchen könnte sind vorhanden, sogar Smart-TV, Sat-TV, und WIFI. Küche technisch auch top ausgestattet. Auch sehr gute Matratzen. Grosser Balkon. Unmittelbar unten am Haus besteht die Möglichkeit über Liegeplätze und Sitzplätze an den Felsen über eine kleine Treppe und Leiter ins Meer zu gehen. Sehr sauberes Wasser. Gleich nebenan gibt es einen Zugang zu einem fast einsamen Strandabschnitt, der allerdings steinig ist. In etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist über einen Pfad die herrliche Badebucht Cala Crancs mit feinem Sandstrand zu erreichen, wohl die schönste von allen in Salou. Alles war sehr gut und professionell organisiert. Gute Kommunikation. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne mal wieder kommen.

Geweldige locatie en zeer schoon/mooi appartement
In 1 woord: Geweldig. Een erg mooi appartement in de rust van Cap Salou en nabij de drukte van Salou. Perfect voor ons en onze kinderen (20-ers). Uitkijkend over de zee. Zwemmen voor het appartement. Strandje in de buurt . Voor ons een perfecte locatie in zeer mooi appartement. Alles in appartement is aanwezig.

Excellent appartment with spectacular open sea view
The apartment is placed in a quiet and peaceful area, with a short walk to in our opinion maybe the best playa (Cala Crancs) in Salou. It is quite small and familiar. The apartment was perfect for all of us, with possibility to have our rent car parked nearby on the street with no parking fee. Our contacts with our host Christophe worked out very good, using the app "Whatsapp", that Christophe introduced to me.

Un séjour de rêve.
Difficile de rester sobre au souvenir de cette huitaine couleur azur, comme une croisière suspendue au-dessus de la mer. C'est vrai qu'on se sent ici comme sur un paquebot - l'espace privé en plus. Prestations haut de gamme, décoration raffinée sans chichi, remarquable distribution des volumes, agencements-cuisine aisés et complets... qu'ajouter ? La bienveillante attention des propriétaires, sachant conserver la juste distance, et qui donnent le sentiment d'être invité plus que locataire. Pour accepter de partager ce bien d'exception, louons-les et....louons-le à nouveau, le plus tôt possible !
