"Wonderful staff and great location. They’ve hit the key components of a hotel stay which for us is cleanliness, location, service, and all day snacks including coffee and filtered water. Those small things like the coffee and water are not common enough but make a huge impact on convenience cost to the traveler. We would definitely stay there again!"

"This is the best Best Western we've stayed in. We had the family suite and it was spacious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. By far, the most impressive feature of this hotel are the staff. Due to my mistake, we had to transfer to another room for one night. The staff were so helpful in getting us into the room quickly. Jordan, the gentleman behind the counter, even jumped in and helped clean the room for! Later that evening, one of the staff members returned a pair of glasses that my daughter had left in the old room unbeknownst to us. All in all, the staff and service here are better than the luxury hotels we've stayed in before. They really go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you!"

Wonder View Inn - Bar Harbor Collection

"The location was great. You could walk to Bar Harbor or take the island explorer to avoid paying for parking downtown. Note that taking the island explorer back from downtown takes longer (5 min there, 20 min back) because Wonder View is the last stop. The room was clean and we had a ton of space in a corner room with two queens and a wraparound balcony. The indoor pool was a nice surprise. The outdoor pool was beautiful but it was cold and the weather wasn’t super hot so we only enjoyed it briefly. Check in and out was super easy, the staff was helpful and friendly."
