Swimming pool villa with private chef on request

  • The Villa is really a magical place where to relax and share a special time with family and friends.
    Guests have exclusive access to the garden and private swimming pool.

    It is possible planning a catered dinner to enjoy a taste of Italian cuisine served in a gorgeous garden with a shaded porch by the swimming pool or planning a practical lesson with chef Vincenzo, using the house's ancient bricked oven, baking pizzas & bread or planning a cooking lesson about fresh pasta (tagliatelle, gnocchi) with chef Marco, enjoying the final dinner. You can have a wine tasting from the nearby vineyard Cantina il Poggio. During your stay and before arrival, we will be happy to answer your question and help you plan activities and sightseeing.

    Behind the shaded porch, it is possible planning a dinner / lunch for 70/80 people including in case of rain. We can get you in contact with different local catering services to match your wishes. Music is allowed until late.

    In the early 1900s, the farmhouse was named Cà Cremona, which was built as a share-cropping house by The Corazza Counts - a local noble landlord family.
    The mansion has been creatively renovated utilizing the original building materials such as red bricks, wooden beams, baked clay, and wrought iron. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and in the loft. Some bedrooms have on suites whilst others have a shared bathroom. The property is surrounded by a 3500m² private garden with an opened air swimming pool.

    The house is located in the Terre Verdiane area - an interesting route that combines Italian food, wine, opera, and Ferrari.

    A unique and unmissable experience to appreciate and delve deep into Italian culture. If you are into Italian renaissance you cannot miss Correggio's paintings in Parma's cathedral combined with a taste of Parmesan cheese, ricotta tortelli, and the traditional Parma ham. In the area are Enogastronomic tours.

    A ride on the seaside will be a 1h30 drive away, you will arrive nearby Cinque Terre national reserve park. It is possible to organize a one-day boat cruise from La Spezia to Cinque Terre.

Awesome stay in a great property

Property was beautiful and more than sufficent for a large family. It was clean and has most of what you would need for a relaxing stay. The various locations from the house to the patio to the pool and garden allowed for a new setting every day. It is a wonderful place to rest, relax, and get away from it all.

Nous étions 4 familles, tous âges confondus, et nous avons tous trouvé notre place dans cette superbe maison. La disposition de celle-ci a permis à chaque famille d'avoir son espace personnel ( sanitaires ). Petits et grands ont profité de la piscine ( superbe!!! ), de la table de ping-pong, du barbecue, du préau, du jardin... L'accueil de nos hôtes est irréprochable : discrétion et gentillesse assurées. En bref : inoubliable pour toute la famille !!!

Celebrated my husband's 80th birthday with 3 generations.

Comfortable family vibe. Well equipped but nothing too fragile. Pool was great to have as temps were high. Catered birthday dinner where we invited Italian family members was great. A chef cooking lesson followed by feast was our farewell dinner. Highly recommend Casa Daniela.

Best weekend ever

The house was exactly as described and just what we wanted. We were four families with altogether 9 children and it never felt crowded. The outdoor seating area is amazing and we enjoyed all dinners there. The pool is perfect and since it's a salt water one, you can stay all day getting that chlorine feeling afterwords. We will definitely come back at a later day to enjoy this again.

Fantastisch

Gastvrije eigenaren! We waren met 14 volwassenen en 5 kinderen. het is een zeer compleet huis waar we ook heerlijk hebben geslapen mede dankzij de airco. De overkapte buitenruimte bood ons overdag en ‘savonds een heerlijke plek om te eten en samen te zijn. Heerlijke schaduw plekken en genoeg ruimte om je ook eens te kunnen terugtrekken. En dan ook nog een heerlijk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en handdoeken voor iedereen! We hebben genoten van heerlijke pizza’s die ter plekke in de bijbehorende steenoven gebakken werden door ‘pizza chef Marco’ die Camilla voor ons geregeld had. Het was een zeer warme week in Europa (35+) maar wij hadden een heerlijk onderkomen! Dick≥rda ,kinderen en kleinkinderen

Lovely characterful house

Lovely characterful house which was very comfortable for our large group. There was plenty of shaded seating - including a separate area for those needing a bit of peace - and a wonderful long table so that we could all eat outside. The kitchen was unusually well equipped for a holiday rental and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery for our large party. The well-maintained pool was the perfect temperature for the hot weather (swimming towels provided) and the table tennis table got a good deal of use! There are a lot of very good restaurants within a short drive, and several supermarkets a 10 minute drive away, in Fidenza. The owners are very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful - we will definitely be back!

gorgeous house in stunning setting

Our group of 10 adults had a marvelous week in Daniela's absolutely beautiful casa. The house could accommodate more comfortably and is very generously appointed. The area is fascinating, offering more nearby cities and castle towns to visit than we had time for. Wonderful tours of balsamic vinegar, parmigiana, and culatello production. And fabulous, fabulous food. A perfect holiday.
