When I pulled back the bedsheets it was obvious that the linens had not been changed. There was a long black hair and several black specks of something on the bottom sheet. Gross. I will say though that the manager quickly changed the linens for me after I brought it to her attention.

The Grand America Hotel
The hotel was glamorous and the best vibe I've ever had at a hotel. Our standard room with queen beds was huge! The bars and restaurants were phenomenal. Instead of exploring the city we chose to stay in because we were enjoying ourselves at the hotel that much.
