Our room was really gross. We were immediately hit in the face by the smell of mildew upon entering our room. Couch was so stained that we didn’t sit on it. Bathroom had broken fixtures. Bathtub was dirty. Some sort of substances on the walls. They were sold out so we couldn’t switch rooms.

I had two issues- the heat/ac unit was not working properly so the temp was chilly all night, blowing cold air all night and I could not turn it off either.
