This is a single family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 living room, a big kitchen, a fenced yard and a attached 2 car garage. 5 mins to downtown and Sugar house, there are 2 parks right cross the street and a dog park just one block away. less than half mile from I-15, I-80 and I-215 entrance. Close to ALL ski resorts and outdoor activity.

No frills, but clean and good location

This property is pretty bare bones, but provided us with a clean, convenient place to stay near Salt Lake and the ski resorts. We enjoyed that there was a garage and fenced yard.

Perfect for the family

Our stay was great! The house was cozy and perfect for our family. There is a park for the kids down the street which was a huge win with my two. We loved that it wasnt far from our needs. Definitely would and will book again!

Outdoor space is small but was awsome for our dog. The beds were average but not bad. The location is awsome for a family traveling as it is quiet and safe. The property manager was easy to work with.

Family visit

Was a quick weekend to visit family. Was a great location for our family to stay. We were less than 10 min to our local family. It's also close to a lot of our favorite restaurants.

The location was perfect for places we wished to visit around salt lake. Quiet neighborhood. It was one of the cleanest pet friendly homes we have stayed in. The property manager always responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house in a great location

The house was in a great location and close enough to whatever you may want to do in Salt Lake. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Lisa was a great host and was quick to reply with any questions we had and made sure we had a good time. Definitely would rebook this place again.

Family ski trip

It was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. It was a great place to come back to after a day of skiing.

Excellent Location and well set up

Some friends of mine and I traveled to Utah to duck hunt with local friends and this house was perfect. Comfortable rooms, great kitchen, and nice bathrooms. The garage was perfect to unload and store gear each evening with the laundry room right next to the garage. The kitchen was very nicely equipped and everything worked great. Our host was always quick to respond with any questions we had. I intend to stay here again when we return next fall.

Nice Home in A Friendly Neighborhood

I was very pleased with this rental home and would definitely stay here again. The home was very well-maintained with all the amenities and was situated in a very friendly, safe neighborhood. The home provides easy access to all sorts of shopping and recreational activities. The owner/manager, Lisa, was terrific to work with. She was very responsive and an excellent communicator. South Salt Lake house

This house met our needs (skiing trip) well. The appliances and bathrooms are in good condition. The living room and family room are comfortable, and the kitchen is large and functional. We could have used a few items: tea kettle, hot pads, more silverware, a corkscrew.... But overall this is a good house in a safe neighborhood.

Very Nice Home
